Loading plate AMTR-J

Intended use

The mechanical AMTR-J bridge is designed for use in all kinds of industrial facilities where an additional docking system is required. It is recommended primarily for facilities where it is not possible to install levellers or where smaller delivery trucks are unloaded.

Features

the top layer of the plate is made of steel sheet,
the frame of the bridge is made of steel profiles,
the platform is opened/closed by driving the platform plate with a lever,
the working range of the plate is restricted by appropriate safety devices, which protect the bridge against breaking,
the weight of the bridge is balanced by a spring mechanism, which ensures that the bridge is activated with minimum energy consumption and protects it against rapid fall.
