AMTR Freeze 1 - High-Speed Freezer Door

AMTR Freeze 1 is a high-speed self-repairing roll-up door designed for freezer environments where maintaining stable low temperatures and reliable operation is essential. With opening speeds of up to 2.0 m/s, the door ensures efficient traffic flow in cold storage facilities, food production areas and temperature-controlled logistics.

The system features a self-repairing curtain that automatically reinserts into the side guides after accidental impact, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation in demanding conditions.

The insulated curtain is built as a multi-layer structure combining PVC with a closed-cell elastomer core, achieving a total thickness of approximately 18 mm and a thermal performance of U = 1.9 W/m²K. This significantly reduces thermal exchange and supports stable low-temperature environments.

Powered by an inverter-controlled drive system with absolute encoder positioning, AMTR Freeze 1 delivers precise and stable door movement even in intensive operating conditions.

With maximum dimensions of 4500 × 5000 mm and wind resistance up to Class 3 (EN 12424), the door performs reliably in industrial environments. Designed for operation in temperatures ranging from -18°C to +10°C, it is ideal for freezer applications requiring consistent performance.

Equipped with a 3-phase motor with active brake (IP55) and an IP67 multibeam safety light barrier, AMTR Freeze 1 complies with EN 12604 and EN 12453, ensuring safe, durable and low-maintenance operation.

AMTR Freeze 1 is equipped with an inverter-controlled system ensuring precise, smooth and reliable operation in freezer environments. The control unit features a 230V logic board with absolute encoder positioning, enabling accurate door movement and stable performance even in intensive use.

The system is pre-wired for plug & play installation, simplifying setup and integration. Adjustable speeds allow optimization of door performance depending on operational requirements.
