AMTR Cold - High-Speed Door for Cold Storage

AMTR Cold is a high-speed self-repairing roll-up door designed for cold storage environments where maintaining stable positive temperature, reliability and operational efficiency are essential. With opening speeds of up to 2.0 m/s, the door supports smooth traffic flow in cold rooms, food processing facilities and temperature-controlled logistics areas.

The system features a self-repairing PVC curtain that automatically reinserts into the side guides after accidental impact. This ensures continuous operation, reduces downtime and minimizes maintenance requirements in daily use.

The insulated curtain structure, combining standard PVC with an additional insulation layer, achieves a total thickness of approximately 5 mm and a thermal performance of U = 3.7 W/m²K. This supports temperature stability inside the facility while maintaining flexibility and durability.

Powered by an inverter-controlled drive system with absolute encoder positioning, AMTR Cold ensures precise and stable door movement even in intensive operating conditions.

With maximum dimensions of 4500 × 5000 mm and wind resistance up to Class 3 (EN 12424), the door performs reliably in demanding industrial environments. The system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation and can be equipped with additional components for operation in lower temperature conditions.

Equipped with a 3-phase motor with active brake (IP55) and an IP67 multibeam safety light barrier, AMTR Cold complies with EN 12604 and EN 12453, ensuring safe, durable and low-maintenance performance.

AMTR Cold is equipped with an inverter-controlled system that ensures smooth, precise and reliable door operation in temperature-controlled environments. The control unit features a 230V logic board with absolute encoder positioning, allowing accurate movement and consistent performance even in high-cycle applications.

The system is pre-wired for plug & play installation, reducing setup time and simplifying integration into existing facilities. Adjustable opening and closing speeds enable optimization of door performance depending on traffic intensity and operational requirements.

Designed for industrial use, the control system supports safe and efficient operation with integrated safety inputs and compatibility with additional accessories such as sensors, radars and remote activation devices.
