AMTR foodline curain types
AMTR FoodLine doors can be equipped with different PVC curtain types depending on the application environment. From standard industrial use to temperature-controlled or hygiene-sensitive areas, each curtain variant is designed to ensure durability, visibility and reliable operation.
Curtain types
The insulated curtain is made of reinforced PVC fabric (1300 g/m²) with an increased thickness of 3.2 mm, providing improved durability and thermal performance. Designed for environments where temperature stability is important, it helps reduce heat transfer and energy loss.
With a thermal value of U = 3.9 W/m²K, this curtain is well suited for temperature-controlled areas, logistics facilities and industrial environments where better insulation and reliable daily operation are required.

This curtain version is approved for alimentary use, making it suitable for environments where hygiene and compliance with food industry standards are required. The material provides the same reliable performance as the standard curtain while meeting the requirements for food processing and hygiene-sensitive areas.
With a thermal value of U = 5.7 W/m²K, the curtain offers durable and washable protection for facilities such as food production plants, packaging areas and processing environments.

The anti-static curtain is made of reinforced PVC fabric (1700 g/m²) with a thickness of 2 mm, designed for demanding industrial environments where electrostatic discharge must be minimized. Its robust construction ensures reliable performance in areas with intensive traffic and sensitive equipment.
With a thermal value of U = 5.6 W/m²K, the curtain combines durability with stable operation, making it suitable for industrial facilities where static control and reliable door performance are required.

The standard curtain is made of high-strength PVC fabric (900 g/m²) with a thickness of 0.9 mm, designed for everyday industrial applications with intensive traffic. Its flexible structure allows the curtain to automatically reinsert into the side guides after impact, ensuring uninterrupted operation and reduced maintenance.
The material is washable, durable and resistant to wear, while providing a thermal value of U = 5.7 W/m²K. This makes it suitable for warehouses, logistics centres and production environments where reliable daily operation is essential.
